Daniel Yifru runs a PR 53:06 to finish 32nd overall at the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler in Washington DC

Mike Killam and Ryan Spinney will be looking to improve their personal bests at Boston.  Mike is looking for sub 2:32 while Ryan is looking to break 2:40.
